Summary:
Community Alliance, a pioneer in community behavioral health care in Nebraska is seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the Integrated Health Care Clinic Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a profound passion for leading a team of talented and dedicated members in delivering holistic, client centered, recovery focused, quality services and supports to those in need. The Integrated Health Care Clinic Manager is responsible for managing the daily business and program requirements of the clinic and collaborating and coordinating with other internal and external individuals and organizations as the team works on behalf of the client to impact the social determinants of health. The person in this position must be able to not only tackle the day-to-day operations of the clinic, but be a change agent and assist in the growth and maturation of the clinic as it proceeds to expand and further venture toward full integration. Individuals in this role will exercise substantial leadership, responsibility, and professional judgement as s/he works closely with the Director of Integrated Health Care Services in initiating and sustaining both short and long range strategies and practices that measurably impact service delivery, quality, and overall effectiveness and efficiency at the micro and macro levels of care.

Duties Include:
Duties

? Serving as a working manager with responsibility for overseeing the day to day functions and delivery of integrated (behavioral and physical) health care services.
? Assisting with growing and expanding the clinic and the outreach provided by the clinic team.
? Assuring coordination among services and program systems both internally and externally.
? Ongoing compliance with legal, regulatory, accreditation, certification, and organizational standards.
? Applying professional and managerial solutions in the analysis and resolution of programmatic issues.
? Developing program staff through coaching and mentoring on the application and demonstration of “integrated care” best practices.
? Working collaboratively with the management team and senior administration to assure implementation and utilization of best practices and person-centered, recovery focused services.

Minimum Qualifications:
? Earned Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration or other relevant field from an accredited institution; Master’s degree preferred.
? A minimum of five (5) years demonstrating history of progressively responsible experience in a medical office. Integrated Health Care (behavioral and physical health) experience preferred.
? A minimum three (3) years demonstrated management, supervisory, and/or other successful leadership experience.
? Demonstrated advanced knowledge of medical issues and terminology.
? Excellent organizational and communication skills.
? Familiarity with revenue cycle management, credentialing, coding, billing, and payer contract administration.
? Knowledge of applicable regulations and state and federal laws.
? Computer skills including ability to master the use of healthcare software.
? Ability to transport self to and from community sites to perform position responsibilities including possession of valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation or the ability to arrange for such on a regular basis.
